We have had several opportunities to purchase homes that were in need of extensive renovations. These homes are completely renovated from top to bottom with particular focus on form and function. The floor plans are reconfigured to allow for a more contemporary open feel. Basements are repaired and finished to give bonus living space, and of course, the kitchens and baths get total face lifts!
