Here is an update on the 2 homes that Home Renovations by Weigand was able to purchase in order to totally renovate ! Both homes are from the late 1960's.
The first home, a two story colonial home built in 1968 has had its total renovation complete. It was purchased by a lovely young family that will make it their home for many happy years to come. The button below will take you to a "before" and "after" gallery!

It 's a sweet little cottage style home of approximately 1600 sq ft. Its renovations are complete ! You won't believe your eyes when you see the pictures of before and after ! It was purchased before it ever hit the market. The buyer felt like they were buying a "brand new again" home!

Home Renovations by Weigand is excited to announce that we are officially Certified Aging in Place Specialists ! Recently, Andy Weigand, (Owner and Head designer) traveled to West Virginia to attend a 3 day certification class in C.A.P.S. I II & III with Steve Hoffacker LLC. Andy has always felt passionate about home safety and contributing to the efforts that allow those with mobility challenges to enjoy the comforts of their own home for as long as possible. NEW HOUSE BUILD
2019 gave Home Renovations by Weigand an opportunity to build a custom home . Putting our C.A.P.S. certification to good use, this new build is a couple's retirement home. With no mobility issues for them at the present, we designed the layout with aging in place goals in mind. Starting with an open floor plan, wide hallways and bath designs using C.A.P.S. specifications.

Our showroom is being REMODELED! We are adding a brand new SELECTIONS CENTER. We have taken out a wall to open up the space , giving our customers plenty of room to spread out their samples and make confident choices. Our Mouser Premier kitchen display, full of accessories and popular design trends, is still center stage! It is a showcase of tons of inspiration and "must see" details. SEVERAL of our projects are now in print in the Mouser color brochures! We were originally featured in the Mouser design portfolio brochure in 2016. Mouser updated their Premier and Storage Solutions brochures in 2017 and we were honored to be pictured in both. We love to send our photographer, Judi judinovakphotography.shootproof.com/ out to our completed projects on a regular basis and share the pictures with the Mouser marketing department. Each year new brochures are printed and we are always excited to show our new clients our projects featured in the Mouser literature.

For SIX year in a row, Home Renovations by Weigand has been presented with the Silver Club award from Mouser Cabinetry. The Silver Club award is a prestigious sales award.
