A Beautiful setting and a home in need of some TLC...
This 1969 Bungalow raised a family and provided a safe and happy home for decades. 2020 was the year to give it the make over it deserved. Here are the BEFORE pictures. Notice the awkward roof line connecting the house to the garage. This is a faux wall hiding an open air space, be sure to notice in the AFTER pictures how this unused area became valuable square footage! A couple other noteworthy pictures are of the relocation of the basement stairs and elimination of the fireplace in order to allow for a more open concept floor plan. One last thing, check out the pictures of the master bath.... just kidding, there is no master bath in the original floor plan, but there sure is one now, and it is definitely noteworthy! This floor plan had a total redo, making it perfect for today's living. Our goal was to make this a "One Floor Living, Forever HOME" The transformation can only be appreciated once you see where it all began.
